FAQs

After you’ve crossed the mindful-triathlon finish line, your ticket opens the door to The Uncommons—a menu of hands-on workshops led by top teachers and specialists across multiple fields. Sessions run at different times all afternoon inside the event grounds, so you can drop into one or sample them all.

Expect a mix of surprising, just-for-fun experiences designed to spark curiosity and joy. Follow Wanderlust on social to catch the full schedule and updates on each activity.

We’re revealing this year’s line-up one by one. Keep an eye on each event-date page—and the Wanderlust homepage—to see the newest names guiding the most zen day of 2025.

Wanderlust 108 is the world’s only Mindful Triathlon—a full-day celebration of well-being featuring yoga, fitness, music, meditation, talks, workshops, and more, set in Portugal’s most beautiful parks. Created to gather the Wanderluster community, it invites everyone to practice together and live the values of a healthy, conscious lifestyle.

Wanderlust is for everyone. As Portugal’s largest mindful community, we reject comparison and competition. We gather to push boundaries with new experiences, lift one another up, and spread positivity. The more connected we become, the closer we move toward our True North—the best version of ourselves.

How the Mindful Triathlon Works

  1. 5 K or 10 K Run / WalkKick off in Parque Eduardo VII and follow Lisbon’s Corredor Verde toward the shady pines of Monsanto before looping back to the garden start-line. Choose 5 kilometres for a breezy warm-up or 10 kilometres for the full skyline-to-forest tour—run, jog, or power-walk at your own tempo while live DJ checkpoints and cheer squads keep the energy high.

  2. 60-Minute Yoga Flow with Live DJUnroll your mat on the grass for a dynamic, all-levels practice led by top national and international teachers. Uplifting beats guide every breath and movement, lighting the path toward your True North.

  3. 20-Minute Guided MeditationSlip into stillness as a seasoned guide leads you through mindful breathing and body awareness. Clear the mind, relax the body, and seal your Mindful Triathlon with calm, centered focus.

To collect your welcome kit, you’ll need to show a government-issued photo ID and your ticket PDF—either printed or displayed on your phone for a more sustainable option.

Day 1 – Secret Garden - Bring a government-issued photo ID and your ticket PDF (printed or on your phone). Wear comfortable shoes for standing and dancing on grass, and pack essentials: sunscreen, sunglasses and a light jacket for the post-sunset breeze. Carry a bit of cash along with cards—some vendors in the Kula Market and Spot Market may be cash-only.

Day 2 – Mindful TriathlonAgain, have your photo ID and ticket PDF ready. Lace up running shoes for the 5 K/10 K run-or-walk, and bring a yoga mat or large towel for the flow session. Keep the same sun protection kit (sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, water bottle), plus layered clothing—a light jacket for the early-morning chill and a packable rain shell if the forecast looks uncertain. Tuck in some cash, cards, a sweat towel, and a quick energy snack to stay fueled through yoga and meditation.

Rain or shine, we’ll be there! If severe weather moves in, we’ll temporarily pause the schedule and restart activities as soon as conditions are safe.

Absolutely. The Kula Market and True North Café host a curated mix of food trucks and stalls serving fresh, locally sourced meals —vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options included. Most vendors accept credit/debit cards, but it’s smart to carry some cash for smaller stands.

Children are welcome to enter the park under the supervision of a parent or guardian, but participation in the event activities—namely the Mindful Triathlon and Uncommons workshops—is limited to those aged 13 and older.

Tunes start to build around 15:00, peaking at sunset and roll straight through until 23:00. Entry to the venue is allowed between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm. After 5:00 pm, you will have to pay the difference up to the full ticket price at the door.

Yes—show your wristband at the gate for re-entry before 22:00. After that, the gates convert to final-exit only.

Yes. The sunset party is an 18+ event; all attendees must be at least 18 years old to enter.

Absolutely. The Marquês de Pombal Metro (Blue & Yellow lines) runs until 01:00, and rideshares can pick up at the designated Wanderlust exit on Avenida António Augusto Aguiar.
